Feedback received from a recent consumer: “The ongoing pain and emotional suffering I have experienced as a result of the medical professional’s breach of conduct has been severely debilitating. My faith in the system, in health care professionals has never been lower. Kellie is integral to me managing to even make my submission and I shudder to imagine what systematic abuse might occur without the advocacy service. Kellie conducted her work with such integrity, the exact opposite of the healthcare professional I trusted. I am still going through the process but there’s absolutely no way I could have had the strength to acknowledge the wrong doing and hopefully prevent others from suffering the same without Kellie.”
